Firstly – we hope all our customers and visitors to this website, including their friends, family and colleagues are all well.
Following on from our last update, where we explained we were all working from home, and talked about suspending services we can provide the following update;
We are now working from our offices which has further improved our efficiency and allows us to more carefully liaise with our suppliers, clients and our staff.
We have seen a gradual return to work up until last weekend when lots more of our clients, including pubs and restaurants, have been able to get back to work, still observing the social distancing measures.
The re-startup has been exciting from a business perspective but had a big impact on us administratively. Our brilliant team have stepped-up and worked tirelessly re-activating services as we all try to go back to something resembling normality.
As a result, we would like to take this opportunity to ask all our clients who are yet to un-suspend collections or might need to increase schedules to give us as much notice as possible. Please email any requests to email@example.com
