1st Waste refund policy

1st Waste do not offer refunds on any payment unless the following has occurred. An error with your invoice or an overpayment for your service. In either of these events please contact us within 30 days. The incident will be investigated and any refund due will be processed within 14 days of request. If you have been asked to pay a deposit this will be refundable at the end of your contract.

Refunds will not be offered for any cancellation of service that has not followed our terms & conditions.
