How quickly can you remove my waste?

For most standard requests, we can arrange for your waste to be collected within 24 to 48 hours.

What if I am unsure how much waste I need collecting?

To help us provide an accurate quote, please provide clear photos of all the waste you need removing. Alternatively, you can contact our team directly.

Do I need to be in when you collect my waste?

Ideally, yes, to assist with access and to ensure our team identifies all the items requiring removal. However, if you cannot be present, waste can be left in a clear, accessible location. Please provide us with specific instructions for the driver to ensure the collection runs smoothly.

What if there is more or less waste on the day of my collection?

Our service is flexible to your needs. If the volume of waste differs from your initial request, the driver can adjust the collection accordingly while on-site. We will then update your billing or schedule to reflect the actual amount removed, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

Can you collect waste from across the UK?

Yes. With over 25 years of experience, we provide comprehensive waste management services for businesses and care homes across the entire UK.

Can you provide a timed collection?

We cannot provide a specific time, but we can offer an AM or PM collection window. This allows our drivers the flexibility to manage local traffic and routing while still providing you with a reliable timeframe for your service.

Do you have two-man teams?

Yes, we typically operate with two-man teams. We do recommend requesting your preferred team size at the time of booking to ensure we provide the most efficient service for your specific requirements.

What waste types do you accept?

We cover most waste streams, including WEEE, POPs, fridges, and hazardous waste, though these items are subject to additional costs. Please note that we cannot accept raw food, asbestos (licensed or unlicensed), sharps, fire extinguishers, or gas bottles.

Does my waste need to be outside?

Ideally, yes, but we can collect your waste from inside, upstairs, or most other locations, provided it is safe to access.

Does my waste need to be in one place?

We can collect from multiple areas across your site to ensure maximum convenience. Please note that collecting from multiple locations may incur an extra cost, so it is best to discuss your specific site layout with our team when booking.
